Grace Lawyers was established in 2005 and its Queensland operation started in 2011 to service the needs of the strata, community, company and bodies corporate title industry.
Since that time the sector has become larger and more sophisticated and so too has the Grace Lawyers service offering.
In recognition of those services, our Queensland business has won both the SCA (QLD) and SCA (National) Strata Services Business of the Year Award (2021-22). These two organisations are the peak industry bodies for the strata sector in QLD and Nationally. Its membership consists of strata management companies, strata service suppliers, community titles schemes and lot owners.
Our Queensland business is managed by our Partners Brenton Schoch and Sam Marsh who head up our Brisbane office and Brendan Pitman and Jarad Mahar who head up our Gold Coast office. All of these Partners have been exclusively working in the industry for many years and Brenton over 11 years at Grace alone.
As a result, Grace has the expertise, depth of experience, the commitment to our clients and the respect of our peers.

Grace Lawyers regularly acts for and advises some of the largest and most iconic strata communities and integrated resorts in Queensland. We service and meet clients in all areas of Queensland. We regularly visit Cairns, Townsville, Tweed and other northern and southern areas as well at the Brisbane and Gold Coast areas. We are mobile and committed to servicing bodies corporate in regional areas.
We maintain a busy practice acting for bodies corporate in management rights matters, management documentation (by-laws etc), dispute resolution, debt recovery, general advice and in defects disputes against builders and developers (we will even come to your meetings).
